Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily sales order trackers, databases, and logs with high accuracy
• Process and input customer orders and transactions into the ERP system promptly
• Reconcile sales data to ensure consistency and reliability of records
• Analyze and organize sales data using Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes
• Support operational tasks and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply, 1 year of experience in administration or sales support is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using ERP systems for order processing is an added advantage
