Working Hours: 8.30am- 6pm

Salary: $2000 - $3000

Responsibilities

• Collate vehicle registration documents such as VPC, Insurance, TCOE, and ACRA from customers or finance companies to prepare for vehicle registration

• Issue invoices and delivery orders, and compile them into delivery pouches for Sales Consultant distribution

• Prepare Vitas documentation for vehicle inspection and submit to LTA

• Prepare and submit documentation for new vehicle registrations accurately and timely

• Prepare and process sales documentation including sales contracts, quotations, and invoices to support sales transactions

• Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of sales-related documents

• Maintain detailed records of all sales transactions and vehicle registrations

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment to support sales operations

• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the sales team

Requirement:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and record keeping

• At least 2 years of experience in sales administration or support, preferably in the automotive industry
