Job Summary
You will lead strategic account management and business development efforts to drive long-term client satisfaction and business growth. Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver tailored proposals and solutions, ensuring achievement of sales targets and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and customer roadmaps to secure long-term client satisfaction and business expansion
- Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for UPS systems, IT infrastructure, maintenance renewals, and modernization projects
- Serve as the primary liaison between Vallous and clients, delivering pre-sales and post-sales support and coordinating project activities as needed
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and responses to RFQs and RFPs that align with client needs
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators to drive business success
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of Business-to-Business sales or account management experience in power systems, electrical, facilities, or IT networking equipment
- Strong understanding of UPS systems, critical power solutions, or facility M&E services
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts using a consultative, customer-first approach
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team
