Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, preparing quotations and proposals, and promoting solutions such as server racks, PDUs, fiber optic solutions, data center infrastructure, industrial enclosures, and related engineering or IT products.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  2. Expand market coverage by targeting new customer segments, industries, and territories to increase market share and revenue.
  3. Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions in accordance with customer requirements.
  4. Follow up on sales inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
  6. Conduct product presentations and provide technical coordination with customers when required.
  7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify potential business opportunities.
  8. Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project updates.
  10. Attend customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in business, marketing, engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales or account management experience (preferably in IT infrastructure, networking, data center, industrial, or engineering-related products).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own transport (if required for customer visits).

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in selling server racks, PDUs, fiber optic solutions, data center infrastructure, industrial enclosures, or related products.
  • Familiarity with tender processes and project-based sales.

Salary & Benefits

· Basic salary: S$3,600 – S$4,000 per month, depending on experience and relevant industry exposure.
