• Position Title: Sales Account Engineer
• Working Location: Tampines
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Offer technical support and advice to clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed efficiently and accurately.
• Engage with customers to gather insights into their needs and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Generate revenue by exploring new market opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Provide exceptional client support by handling queries, resolving challenges, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Work with internal teams to ensure sales initiatives are aligned with broader organizational objectives.
• Stay informed on current market developments, product innovations, and competitor activities to remain competitive.
• Compile and submit periodic reports on sales performance, client insights, and market dynamics to leadership.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of strategic sales approaches aimed at achieving or exceeding targets.

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel overseas for occasional business trips.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.
