Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 5:30pm
Salary: $5700 - $6300

Job Description:
• Drive new business acquisition (50%) and manage key accounts (50%) to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Provide tailored supply chain and logistics solutions to meet customer expectations and build long-term relationships.
• Execute cross-trade business related to Singapore operations and support network/agent business as needed.
• Prepare quotations, RFQs, tender bids, review rates, and manage pricing strategies.
• Develop SOPs and operational terms & conditions, securing approvals before submission to customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers and co-loaders to ensure smooth operations and competitive pricing.
• Monitor and report on sales pipeline, KPIs, and progress through regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of customer requirements.
• Identify potential customers, register opportunities, and convert them into revenue-generating accounts.
• Follow up promptly and professionally with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in 3PL, Freight Forwarding, or Warehousing.
• Proven track record in new business development (hunter) and/or Key Account Management.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for proposals and presentations.
• Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
