About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business growth initiatives for a private education institute. You will be responsible for driving student enrolment, corporate partnerships, brand awareness, and revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and enrolment targets.
• Drive student recruitment for local and international markets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build partnerships with corporate clients, educational institutions, government agencies, and recruitment partners.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Manage branding, website, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Plan and participate in education fairs, networking events, seminars, and corporate engagement activities.
• Monitor sales performance, marketing ROI, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant education and marketing regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Experience managing both B2B and B2C sales channels.
• Experience in the education, training, EdTech, or professional services industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
