• Drive business development and sales by managing existing and new customers, distributors, and partners across the APAC region while identifying new business opportunities.

• Manage the sales process, including handling enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, shipments, invoicing, and ensuring timely customer fulfilment.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Technical, Application, and Sales Administration teams, to provide effective customer support and resolve enquiries.

• Support marketing initiatives by conducting market research, analysing industry trends and competitor activities, and coordinating exhibitions, supplier events, and promotional campaigns.

• Prepare reports and maintain documentation, including sales forecasts, customer records, product information, marketing materials, and presentations for customers, distributors, and internal teams.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Process Technology, Industrial Chemistry, or a related Chemistry discipline.

• 2–3 years of experience in the personal care industry, with exposure to formulation development and/or sales of personal care ingredients.

• Basic knowledge of cosmetic ingredients with hands-on experience and a good understanding of personal care products.

• Requires travelling overseas frequently (Depending on business needs)
