Job Description

We are hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to join our field marketing team.

This role involves direct customer interaction, brand representation, and on-ground sales execution at various campaign locations across Singapore.

It is suitable for individuals seeking hands-on experience in sales, communication, and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at events, roadshows, and retail activations
• Engage customers face-to-face and present product/service information clearly
• Drive sales through direct customer interaction
• Support execution of sales and marketing campaigns
• Work closely with team leaders to achieve campaign objectives
• Develop practical skills in sales communication, persuasion, and customer engagement

Requirements

• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Comfortable with face-to-face communication and public interaction
• Positive attitude, disciplined, and willing to learn
• Able to work in a performance-driven environment
• Team player with a proactive mindset
• Fresh graduates / ORD personnel / entry-level applicants welcome
