• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Storage Solution)
• Position Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Thu: 8.00am to 5.30pm; Fri: 8.00am to 5.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Source leads for catalogue campaigns.
• Coordinate mailings and customer follow-ups.
• Conduct telemarketing.
• Create marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Maintain the website and e-commerce platforms.
• Support SEO, SEM, GDN and social media activities.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors.
• Assist with showroom displays, exhibitions and events.
• Support daily marketing activities.
• Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and walk-in.
• Prepare quotations and sales documents.
• Support sales coordination and customer service.
• Handle general administrative duties.
• Answer calls and welcome visitors.
• Maintain office and pantry supplies.

• Relevant experience in marketing, administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, website management, SEO, or SEM is an advantage.
