💼 The Role: Business Development Executive

You’ll be the driving force behind 1103’s next phase of growth working directly with business owners to understand their pain points and present marketing solutions that deliver real, measurable outcomes.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Prospect and pitch 1103 Studios’ solutions to business owners.
• Uncover pain points and present clear, value-driven strategies.
• Handle discovery, proposal, follow-up, and closing with full internal support.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and drive consistent revenue.
• Represent 1103 Studios with professionalism, empathy, and trust.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B, automotive, real estate, finance, orconsultative sales.
• Strong communication and people skills (English required, Mandarin is a bonus).
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust fast.
• A closer’s mindset, resilient, disciplined, and hungry to win.
• Organized, responsible, and capable of managing your own pipeline.

Bonus if you’ve sold in:
✅ Automotive (Used/New Car Sales, Leasing, or Finance)
✅ Real Estate / RES
✅ Interior Design / Renovation
✅ Finance / Insurance / Loans
✅ Digital Marketing or B2B Services
