About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to grow our dairy business within the foodservice sector.

You should have strong industry connections, solid dairy product knowledge, and a proven ability to secure new accounts and generate sales quickly.

Our dairy product range includes butter, whipping cream, fresh milk, UHT milk, yogurt and sour cream.

Develop new business within the foodservice market
Secure and grow key customer accounts
Leverage existing relationships to generate sales opportunities
Promote dairy products to bakeries, cafés, hotels, restaurants, central kitchens, distributors and food manufacturers
Conduct customer visits, product presentations and commercial negotiations
Achieve sales targets and deliver revenue growth
Identify market trends and new business opportunities
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, product supply and customer satisfaction

Strong sales or business development experience in dairy products, food ingredients or foodservice distribution
Must have an established customer network and proven business development experience within the foodservice/HORECA sector, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries and central kitchens.
Proven track record in securing new accounts and achieving sales targets
Good knowledge of dairy applications in bakery, beverages, desserts, hospitality and food manufacturing
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills
Commercially driven, independent and results-oriented
Able to generate business opportunities within a short period
