Senior Sales / Specification Manager – Ceilings & Acoustics

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on sales and specification professional to drive growth in our ceilings and acoustics business in Singapore. You will own accounts, build a robust sales pipeline, and be directly accountable for achieving revenue targets through proactive hunting, specification, and deal closure.

Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue

• Drive project-based sales of ceiling tiles, grids, and acoustic systems
• Convert competitors’ ceiling and acoustic solutions by presenting compelling value propositions
• Manage pricing strategies, prepare proposals, and lead deal closure activities with management support

Specification & Market Development

• Engage architects, consultants, interior designers, and contractors to secure system specifications or approvals as alternatives
• Identify and activate untapped accounts and dormant opportunities to expand market presence
• Support tender submissions, reinstatement works, and new development projects through technical and commercial input

Account Ownership

• Take full ownership of assigned target accounts to build long-term relationships and secure repeat projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide drawings, samples, and technical support that facilitate project success

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience in ceiling systems, acoustic solutions, or building materials sales and specification
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Strong communication and negotiation skills applied to close projects and secure specifications
• Self-driven, disciplined, and commercially minded approach to meet and exceed sales targets

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant industry experience with a personal track record of closing projects
• Familiarity with the Singapore market and local industry stakeholders
