Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, ensuring that it meets the highest standard and expectations in all aspects of products and service quality according to Company standards
• Provide guidance to staff and actively lead by example in carrying out ground duties with strict adherence to standards of service, operating procedures and health/safely regulations
• Ensure adequate placement of stock for operations use, while being mindful of wastage and breakage
• To suggest/sell sake/Wine to guests based on their preference to enable the guests to enjoy a full Fine-Dining / Omakase experience
• Ensure proper handover of shift including debrief on happenings
• Attend to customers’ feedback and handle them effectively and promptly
• Constantly review work processes and recommend measures to improve service excellence
• Effectively administrate all necessary paperwork and submission
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Superior or Senior Management

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sake-pairing and restaurant operations
• Related Sake/Wine Certifications
• Pleasant personality
