Responsibilities

·               Workplace Safety Management

·               Implement and enforce Workplace Safety andHealth (WSH) policies and procedures on site.

·               Conduct site safety inspections, riskassessments, and hazard identification.

·               Ensure workers follow safe work procedures andproper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

·               Investigate accidents, incidents, and nearmisses, and recommend corrective actions

·               Environmental Control & Compliance

·               Monitor environmental impact of constructionactivities including noise, dust, vibration, and waste management.

·               Ensure site activities comply with environmentalregulations from the National Environment Agency.

·               Implement environmental control measures such asdust suppression, proper waste disposal, and pollution prevention.

·               Regulatory Compliance

·               Ensure compliance with workplace safetyregulations from the
Ministry of Manpower and the Building and Construction Authority.

·               Prepare and maintain required safety andenvironmental documentation.

·               Support safety audits, inspections, andauthority visits

·               Training & Safety Awareness

·               Conduct toolbox meetings (TBM) and safetybriefings for workers and subcontractors.

·               Provide training on risk assessments, methodstatements, and emergency procedures.

·               Promote safety culture and environmentalawareness on site.

Requirements

·               Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer(WSHO) in Singapore.

·               Certified Environmental Control Officer (ECO).

·               Diploma or Degree in Safety, EnvironmentalManagement, Engineering, or Construction Management.

·               3–8 years of safety management experience inconstruction projects.
