Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Building Completion and Finishing
• Position Title: Safety Coordinator (Building Finishing Works)
• Working Location: Site - Sentosa
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM; Sat, 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary
• Duration: 6 months contract (convertible to perm depending on performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices at site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety guidelines and procedures.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure workers follow safe work practices and proper use of PPE.
• Assist in risk assessments and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
• Support safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training sessions.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in incident reporting and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with site teams and contractors on safety matters.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Valid Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Coordinator certificate or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably in building completion or finishing works.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and site practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented and organised.
