To be responsible for ensuring the occupational safety, health & security at the workplace
To oversee safety practices, execute SHS activities for compliance with legal regulations and promoting a safe work environment.
To conduct, prepare agenda and minutes for monthly safety meeting with Field Service Operations and quarterly SHS Committee Meeting
To plan, coordinate, arrange and conduct safety-related training to staff (internal and external)
To perform safety inspection at office premises (including customer’s premises) and follow up with report
To revise HIRARC, SWP, MOS as and when necessary
To be onsite to supervise and monitor the safe operation of FSO activities (project based) in accordance with customers’ requirements / protocols
To liaise with various agencies on renewal of licenses
To be actively involved in facilities and fleet management activities.
