Job Description

Overview

Our company specializes in façade inspection and rectification services. To enhance operational efficiency, safety, and precision, we are actively developing and deploying robotic solutions to support and augment our inspection and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to the team in the development, testing, and deployment of robotic systems.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from various disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineering.
  • Perform administrative duties such as procurement, inventory management, preparation of checklists, bill of materials (BOMs), and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Carry out hands-on technical tasks, including 3D printing, mechanical assembly and disassembly, soldering, electrical wiring, and calibration of hardware components.
  • Support operational activities by preparing robots and equipment for deployment, ensuring all checklist requirements are completed, and coordinating logistics and transportation arrangements when necessary.
  • Promote and uphold a strong safety culture by identifying and communicating any concerns related to work activities, equipment, or robotic systems.
  • Work proactively with the team to achieve project milestones and deliver planned objectives within established timelines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Well-organized with the ability to maintain accurate and structured documentation.
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are highly valued.
  • Prior experience in hands-on technical work, robotics, automation, engineering, or façade-related industries will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge or skills in mechanical systems, electrical and electronics systems, programming, or robotics are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in robotics, engineering, or industrial environments is beneficial.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take initiative to solve problems and drive tasks to completion.
  • Passion for robotics, façade technologies, innovation, and problem-solving.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with people and possess a strong attention to detail.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with a keen interest in robotics and engineering are encouraged to apply.
