We are hiring four foundational roles to join our mission:

1. Principal System Architect (The Platform Brain)

• The Mission: Own the end-to-end architecture of our fleet control layer.

• The Challenge: Design a "vendor-proof" abstraction layer that manages heterogeneous robots and mission execution.

• You Are: A master of distributed systems and robotics middleware (C++/Python) with 8+ years of experience.

2. Robotics Solutions Architect (The Field Authority)

• The Mission: Translate complex customer use cases into deployable, safe, and scalable system architectures.

• The Challenge: Conduct site assessments and design the "Big Picture" integration of sensors, networking, and fleet management.

• You Are: A customer-facing technical leader who knows ROS/ROS2 and understands how to move a pilot into full-scale delivery.

3. Product Manager, Robotics (The Visionary)

• The Mission: Define the roadmap and business case for our next-generation robotic systems.

• The Challenge: Balance trade-offs across autonomy, hardware costs, and safety to deliver products that solve real-world problems.

• You Are: A systems thinker with 5+ years of PM experience who can bridge the gap between engineering and the commercial market.

4. QA Engineer, Robotics (The Guardian of Reliability)

• The Mission: Establish rigorous test strategies across simulation, lab, and field environments.

• The Challenge: Validate AI perception, navigation, and human-robot interaction to ensure every release is safe and stable.

• You Are: A Python/C++ expert who thrives on debugging complex hardware-software issues and building automated test harnesses.
