Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by leading and supporting the retail team on the sales floor
• Supervise daily store operations and ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen sales performance and customer engagement
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational or service-related issues effectively
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, fashion trends, and brand positioning
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company procedures in both store and stockroom operations

Requirements

• Experience in retail supervision or assistant store management, preferably within the fashion industry
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a dynamic retail setting
