Job Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
• Support daily store operations, merchandising standards, and inventory management in line with brand guidelines
• Assist customers professionally while resolving service issues and escalating complex matters when necessary
• Partner with team members to improve selling techniques, customer engagement, and overall store performance
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and brand positioning
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures across the sales floor and stockroom

Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory or Assistant Store Manager role within the fashion retail industry
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
