We’re looking for a super-friendly, fun-loving, and energetic person to join our experience store team!

As our Kids Tech Experience Specialist, you’ll be the star ofthe show—demonstrating cool gadgets, guiding parents through the features and creating unforgettable moments for kids and families.

• 🗣️ Able to speak English (and Mandarin is a plus!)
• 🕹️ Experience with retail, kids’ products, or tech is a bonus —but not a must.

Responsibilities

• Engage parents and children to introduce and demo kids’tech products
• Explain features clearly and recommend suitable options
• Drive sales and meet daily/monthly targets
• Maintain product displays and ensure stock readiness
• Support events or roadshows when required

Requirements

• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Comfortable interacting with kids and parents
• Confident, proactive, and customer‑focused
• Tech‑savvy and quick learner
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player
• Must be able to work retail shifts including weekendsand public holidays
