Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated Retail Sales Executive to join our ladies fashion retail team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting daily store operations, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with product selection and styling advice

• Promote store products and support sales targets

• Operate POS system and handle cashless transactions

• Manage stock replenishment and basic inventory checks

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards

• Support promotional activities and store events

• Assist with folding, steaming, tagging, and organizing merchandise

• Provide good customer service and build customer relationships

✅ Job Requirements (Female)

• No prior experience required (training provided)

• Interest in fashion retail and customer service

• Able to communicate in basic English & Burmese.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Responsible and able to work independently after training

• Able to commit to shift work, including weekends and public holidays
