Job Scope

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product enquiries
• Recommend suitable products and support sales achievement
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Replenish stock and maintain proper merchandise display
• Ensure store cleanliness and a pleasant shopping environment
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory management
• Handle customer feedback professionally and in accordance with company procedures
• Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with team members

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented and team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills preferred
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Prior retail experience is an advantage, but not required as training will be provided
