Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand needs and recommend suitable products
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling and promotions
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure an attractive shopping environment
• Restock merchandise to support product availability
• Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to drive sales
• Handle cashiering duties, including cash, card, and POS/e-commerce transactions
• Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory tracking
• Update product pricing and report inventory status to the Person-In-Charge

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, luxury, or customer service, preferably in fashion retail
• No experience is required; candidates with a strong interest in retail are welcome to apply
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends & PH
