Job Summary
Join a dynamic retail team selling luggage across multiple store locations. You will assist customers with product selection, manage stock and store operations, maintain an organized and welcoming store environment, and provide after-sales support to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products to drive sales.

• Conduct regular stock-taking and replenish inventory to maintain accurate records.

• Manage daily store opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attractive product displays throughout the store.

• Handle after-sales support, including exchanges, refunds, and repair services.

• Complete basic administrative tasks to support store operations.

• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational standards.

• Communicate updates and feedback clearly with the store supervisor.

• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management to support store needs.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales with a strong focus on customer service.

• Ability to work full-day shifts, including weekends and public holidays (off-in-lieu provided).

• Strong communication skills to engage customers and coordinate with team members.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred

• Experience in luggage or related product sales to enhance customer recommendations.

Other Information

• Location: Central Region

• Working Hours: Full-Time, 44 hours per week

• Salary: From $2,000/month, plus overtime, commission, and $300 monthly allowance
