Job Description: Retail Sales Assistant (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Warmly welcome customers, understand their running habits and needs, and provide professional, tailored recommendations for running shoes and equipment.

• Daily Store Operations: Actively drive sales to achieve store targets. Handle daily transactions, returns, and exchanges smoothly and accurately using the EPOS system.

• Store Management & Maintenance: Take ownership of inventory stocktaking, ensure shelves are consistently well-stocked, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.

• Community Engagement: Assist in executing and managing exclusive perks, events, and discounts for store members and partner running communities.

Requirements

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual proficiency is a strong plus to effectively serve a diverse local customer base.

• Passion for Sports: A strong passion for running or an active lifestyle is highly preferred. Genuine interest and knowledge in sports gear and technology will be a significant advantage.

• Availability: Able to work standard retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Experience: Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred. Highly motivated individuals with a proactive learning attitude are welcome to apply.
