they build customer satisfaction, drive sales, and ensure a smooth shopping experience by combining product knowledge with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, answer questions, offer product recommendations, and resolve complaints.
• Sales & Transactions: Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, process payments, manage returns, and promote loyalty programs.
• Merchandising: Keep shelves stocked, arrange displays, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure the sales floor is appealing.
• Inventory: Assist with receiving stock, conducting counts, and reporting low inventory.
• Security: Monitor for theft and follow store security policies. 

Essential Skills:

• Communication: Clear verbal skills for explaining products and building rapport.
• Interpersonal: Friendliness, patience, and ability to work with diverse customers.
• Product Knowledge: Understanding the items being sold.
