As we continue to grow both locally and internationally, we are looking for and dynamic and experienced Retail Operations personnel to oversee the seamless functioning of our retail stores.

This role involves ensuring operational excellence, maintaining visual merchandising standards, fostering team collaboration, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Retail Operations personnel will act as a crucial link between our head office and retail teams, driving efficiency and ensuring alignment with brand values and goals.

Responsibilities:

·       Train and supervise store managers and sales associates to achieve exceptional customer service, creating a positive and memorable shopping experience for our customers.

·       Provide coaching, motivation, and performance evaluations to ensure cohesive team spirit and continuous improvement of our retail teams.

·       Set and drive sales targets for each store, taking into account market conditions and trends.

·      Plan and manage store staff rosters to optimise sales and manpower efficiency.

·      Ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand image and seasonal campaigns.

·      Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and displays.

·      Conduct regular store audits to ensure consistency and adherence to guidelines and company policies.

·      Communicate corporate directives, updates, and feedback to store teams.

·      Relay on-ground insights and operational challenges to the head office for actionable solutions.

·      Coordinate with inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels.

·      Provide feedback on our product performance, areas for improvement, competitive environment and trending styles.

Requirements:

·       Minimum Diploma with 5 years of experience in the retail industry, including at least 2 years in a similar role.

·       Demonstrate operational excellence and a customer-service-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals.

·       Strong communication, interpersonal relations and problem-solving skills.

·       Exemplary leadership traits, including empathy, understanding, and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
