Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute A&P initiatives for assigned commercial properties to boost footfall, drive shopper traffic, and increase spending.
• Collaborate with tenants to encourage active participation in A&P programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with sponsors to enhance the reach and appeal of property programs.
• Implement and oversee loyalty programs in line with group policies, ensuring effective CRM operations and member engagement throughout the customer journey.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, deliver management reports, and conduct competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram to maximize ROI.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing calendar to maintain ongoing engagement with loyalty members.
• Manage improvement projects for the CRM mobile application and website to elevate user experience.
• Identify new growth opportunities by leveraging insights from customer and campaign data.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or any other equivalent discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in brand marketing of commercial properties
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
