🛍️ Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated issues professionally
• Monitor KPIs and drive strong sales performance
• Ensure proper inventory control, replenishment, and shrinkage prevention
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Handle store administration including cash management, sales reporting, and SOP compliance
• Work closely with management to achieve store goals and business objectives

✅ Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of retail supervisory/management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused with strong sales-driven mindset
• Knowledge in retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Positive attitude, hands-on, and team-oriented
