Position: Store Manager

Location: Bedok

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a neighbourhood grocery store located in Bedok.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

• Oversee inventory, stock replenishment, and supplier coordination

• Lead, train, and supervise store staff

• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation

• Handle cash management, simple reporting, and store administrative matters

• Support management in planning and implementing sales strategies
  

Requirements:

• Preferably with prior retail or minimart/groceries experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently

• Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented mindset
