Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will optimize inventory, elevate customer service standards, and execute strategic merchandising to consistently meet and exceed business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Financial Performance

  • Drive Business Growth: Lead daily operations to consistently achieve sales, gross profit, and key business targets.
  • Sales floor Leadership: Oversee active floor operations to maximize sales conversions and maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Commercial Merchandising: Execute impactful visual merchandising and promotional strategies to boost customer footfall and revenue.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Generate operational reports, manage administrative paperwork, and lead accurate stock-take procedures.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Workforce Management: Manage staff scheduling, duty rosters, promoter allocations, and daily floor coverage.
  • Performance Coaching: Track individual and store metrics to reward top performers and actively coach underperforming team members.
  • Strategic Alignment: Conduct daily briefings and team meetings to align staff on promotions, competitor trends, and daily goals.

Inventory Control & Administrative Management

  • Stock Optimization: Maintain strict inventory control to ensure product availability and resolve stock discrepancies swiftly.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Resolve complex customer escalations, manage vendor returns, and conduct accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups.
  • Store Compliance: Enforce stringent standards for store cleanliness, product displays, and professional staff presentation.
  • Agility: Execute ad-hoc operational tasks as required by business needs.


Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of retail management experience (computer related)
  • Min. GCE 'N' Level
  • Strong leadership
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
