Key Responsibilities

* Deliver professional customer service and provide product recommendations based on customers’ preferences.
* Drive sales performance by achieving individual and outlet sales targets.
* Execute merchandising plans and maintain attractive product displays in accordance with company standards.
* Monitor product availability, stock levels, product rotation, and expiry dates to minimise wastage.
* Perform inventory control, stock receiving, stock replenishment, and stock take activities.
* Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system and ensure proper cash reconciliation.
* Coordinate cake reservations, special orders, and customer collections efficiently.
* Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and operational procedures.
* Resolve customer enquiries and service issues professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
* Assist in training new team members and provide operational guidance when required.
* Support the Outlet Manager in daily outlet operations, sales reporting, manpower coordination, and other operational duties.

Job Requirements

* Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC or equivalent qualifications.
* At least 2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or food retail operations.
* Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
* Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Food Hygiene Certificate will be an advantage.
