We’re hiring Retail Supervisor and Retail Associates (Full-Time & Part-Time) for our specialty model-kit store located in JEWEL Changi Airport.

Responsibilities

Position 1: Retail Associates

Provide friendly customer service

Guide customers on product features

Handle cashiering & store upkeep

Support stock management

Position 2: Retail Supervisor

Oversee daily retail operations

Lead and mentor the team

Ensure smooth customer flow and service quality

Assist with reporting, scheduling & inventory control

 Requirements

Positive attitude & strong communication skills

Independent, energetic and strong team player

Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays.  Overtime expected.

Supervisor: prior retail leadership experience required
