Job Summary

Support both in-store and online retail operations by engaging customers, processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering excellent service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to walk-in and online customers across digital platforms (TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Carousell, Email)
• Respond to customer inquiries, recommend suitable products, and promote jewellery and instalment plans to achieve sales targets
• Process orders accurately from confirmation to fulfilment, including coordination of deliveries and repair services
• Follow up with customers post-sale to maintain relationships and gather feedback
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively
• Update inventory records (e.g., Shopify), perform stock counts, and report discrepancies
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Support daily operations including handling calls, administrative tasks, and campaign or live-stream activities
• Perform any other duties assigned

Requirements

• Willing to work weekends and Public Holidays
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused and sales-driven mindset
