Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational standards
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient workflow
Monitor sales performance and support business growth initiatives
Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace safety regulations

Job RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management or operations roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
Able to manage multiple restaurant operations and handle operational challenges
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented
Good communication skills
