Resource Operations / Resource Management Executive - Singapore

We are looking for a proactive Resource Operations / Resource Management Executive to support manpower planning, staff deployment, vendor coordination, and workforce operations. This role ensures efficient utilisation of resources across projects while maintaining accurate records, reporting, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support resource planning and manpower allocation for project staffing needs.
• Coordinate with project managers on resource requirements and deployment schedules.
• Maintain staff database covering skills, certifications, availability, and deployment status.
• Assign and monitor staff deployments, making adjustments based on project changes.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and vendors to fulfil staffing requirements.
• Prepare manpower, utilisation, and recruitment reports for management.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for deployed staff.
• Maintain accurate manpower records in HR or resource systems.
• Verify vendor invoices related to contract manpower.
• Provide administrative and operational support as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Operations, or related fields.
• 3+ years’ experience in resource management, manpower planning, or operations support.
• Experience coordinating deployments and liaising with recruitment vendors.
• Strong organisational, communication, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

This is a 1 year contract to start, convertible to permanent.
