Resident Technical Officer (Structural)

• Supervise and monitor structural works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct in-progress inspections, identifying and reporting any non-conformities.
• Attend site coordination and quality meetings.
• Witness inspection and testing sessions to ensure adherence to designs and specifications.

Resident Technical Officer (Civil)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Resident Technical Officer or in a relevant role.
• Registered and valid RE/RTO accreditation by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• Preferred applicants with a Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS).
• Conversant in statutory codes and requirements.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
