Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Resident Architect in supervising architectural works on site
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and HDB standards
• Inspect and monitor architectural finishes and materials delivered to site
• Check architectural drawings, shop drawings, and authority submission drawings
• Monitor work progress and workmanship quality
• Maintain site records, inspection reports, and progress documentationAttend site meetings, inspections, and site walks as required
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve site issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building, or related discipline
• Registered Resident Technical Officer (Architectural) with IES and/or ACES
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as RTO (Archi) on local projects
• HDB residential project experience is required
• Familiar with HDB architectural standards and local building regulations
• Able to work independently with good coordination and communication skills
