We Are Hiring: Resident Engineer

We are seeking a Resident Engineer to ensure that construction works are carried out in compliance with contract requirements, design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, construction drawings, and the Building Control Act and Regulations.

• Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including maintaining and submitting relevant records.

• Provide comprehensive support and assistance as directed by the Superintending Officer and/or Professional Engineer.

• Review and evaluate the Contractor’s temporary works to ensure safety and compliance with applicable regulations.

• Verify that the Contractor’s work procedures align with the approved method statements and relevant workplace safety and health regulations. Where necessary, instruct modifications to ensure full compliance.

• Conduct inspections of completed works and prepare a list of defects, if required.

• Any other works assigned.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field'

• Possesses a Residential Engineer Certificate

• Preferably with HDB Project Experience
