Resident Engineer (RE - Civil & Structural/Geotechnical)

a. Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Civil & Structural Engineer, with at least 5 years in supervising works on projects of similar size and complexity, particularly major building construction and deep excavation works.

b. Qualifications:
Must possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.

c. Accreditation:
Accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.

d. Responsibilities:

• Lead the C&S site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP(S), QP(Geo), project consultants.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills.

e. Knowledge:

• Be conversant with statutory codes and site supervision requirements, quality control procedures, construction administration, and submission of progress reports.

f. Skills:

• Demonstrate strong supervision and leadership abilities.

g. Flexibility:

• Must be willing to work shifts.
