Job Scope:

• Oversee the comprehensive care and daily well-being of residents.
• Design, implement, and evaluate a diverse calendar of therapeutic programmes and activities to enhance residents' physical, social, and mental well-being.
• Conduct and document resident reviews and interviews to track progress and personalize care plans.
• Manage the Home's assets, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and the premises are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘O' level
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the social service sector
• Working Hours: Rotating Shift - Monday to Sunday
• Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift, weekends and public holidays.
