Attend to residents’ requests/enquiries/feedback

Requirements:

· SHATEC /DIPLOMA / NITEC / GCE level qualifications

· Experience in service industry like airlines, hotels, high-end retails will be an advantage

· Able to communicate effectively with confidence

· Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
