Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage research and development projects aimed at digitalizing construction systems.
• Collect, classify, and analyze data pertinent to project objectives.
• Prepare and conduct experiments both in laboratory settings and real project sites.
• Oversee project team operations for efficient development execution.
• Create comprehensive documents, reports, and grant applications.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings to ensure effective communication.
• Identify and research advanced technologies that enhance construction processes.
• Support site teams in the implementation of innovative technologies on the ground.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects focused on integrated development delivery (IDD).
• Proficiency in BIM software and additional construction-related technologies.
• Basic understanding of the construction process and methodologies.
• Experience in software development or training related to BIM is advantageous.
• Fundamental knowledge of Quantity Surveying is preferred.
