About the Job

The Research Fellow will conduct high-quality research in advanced communication and computing systems, contribute to the development of theoretical models, algorithms, and system-level solutions, and support the execution of research projects. The role involves publishing research outcomes, preparing technical reports and proposals, collaborating with academic and industry partners, and contributing to the supervision of students and junior researchers.

Who We're Looking For

• PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong research background in communication networks, wireless systems, edge computing, or related areas.
• Proven track record of research contributions, including peer-reviewed publications in reputable journals and conferences.
• Strong publication record and familiarity with the academic research process.
• Solid foundation in mathematical modeling, optimization, machine learning, or system design.
• Experience in developing algorithms, simulations, prototypes, or experimental platforms for communication and computing systems.
• Experience with research project execution, technical documentation, proposal preparation, and collaboration with external partners.
• Ability to mentor students, coordinate research tasks, and contribute to team-based research activities.
• Strong analytical, programming, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment.
• Experience in academic-industry collaborative projects is a plus.
