Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in providing technical recommendations and technical dispositions to the Operations team.
• Actively participate in and support continuous improvement and Kaizen projects.
• Initiate and develop new repair processes for aero-engine components.
• Prepare and maintain work instructions and technical documentation for repair processes.
• Ensure all repairs and processes comply with OEM technical data and regulatory requirements.
• Manage qualification of new machines and processes.
• Perform tooling and fixture design to support repair operations.
• Prepare First Article Inspection reports and related documentation.
• Drive process improvements to enhance process robustness, efficiency, and repair yield.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned.
• Comply with the company's health and safety rules and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in aerospace repair and overhaul environment.
• Knowledge of repair processes such as Welding, Thermal Spray, Heat Treatment, Brazing, Shot Peening, Machining, Chemical Cleaning, and Water Jet Stripping is an advantage.
• Able to work in a cross-functional team and handle multiple tasks.
