Repair Coordination
Luxury Watch
Job Scope:
Act as the key liaison between retail boutiques and watch technicians, managing the end-to-end repair coordination process.
Perform second-level diagnostics on watches after initial assessment by sales teams, verifying physical condition against service records.
Document watch conditions accurately with detailed notes and clear photo documentation to ensure repair transparency.
Assess repair feasibility, identify discrepancies, and support service recommendations or quotations where required.
Coordinate daily issuance of repair items to watch technicians and monitor repair workflows to ensure timely completion.
Track repair progress closely and proactively update retail teams on repair status, timelines, and any anticipated delays.
Conduct stringent quality control checks before and after repairs to ensure workmanship meets brand standards prior to return to boutiques.
Update repair status, remarks, and documentation accurately in internal service systems.
Arrange local and regional shipping or delivery of repair items and ensure proper handover and documentation.
Support stock movement coordination with finance and distribution teams and participate in periodic stock-take exercises.
Consolidate feedback from retail teams on recurring quality or repair issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate repair and defect tracking data for reporting and service performance analysis.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in watch after-sales, repair coordination, or service operations.
Experience with watch repair workflows and working with watch technicians or watchmakers.
Strong attention to detail with ability to inspect watches before and after repair.
Ability to coordinate across retail teams, technical teams, and logistics.
Organised, client-focused, and able to manage multiple repair cases concurrently.
Clear communication skills and comfort using service systems and digital tools.
Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced luxury retail environment with a strong client-centric mindset.
Possess strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and confidence in working with service systems and digital tools.
