About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive partnerships and growth in the recruitment and deployment of overseas workers (predominantly blue‑collar) into Singapore. You will help expand our corporate client base, build talent pipelines, and manage stakeholder relationships across countries of origin and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients (employers, agencies, institutions) for overseas worker placement opportunities.

• Develop and implement business development strategies to grow recruitment channels and talent sourcing pathways.

• Manage full business development cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closing and onboarding partners.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with overseas partners, government agencies, and local employers.

• Stay updated on labour market trends, foreign worker policies, and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support manpower planning, candidate sourcing, and deployment logistics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally with exposure to international recruitment and overseas worker placement.

• Knowledge of Singapore’s workforce ecosystem and foreign worker regulations is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across borders.
