Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship & Sales Coordination

- Handle first contact for new enquiries (accounting, corporate secretarial, and loans)
- Qualify client needs and urgency
- Schedule meetings for the Founder
- Prepare client briefs before meetings
- Follow up after meetings to move cases forward

2. Proposal, Onboarding & Case Management

- Prepare proposals and engagement documents using templates
- Coordinate onboarding and document collection
- Track each case from start to completion
- Maintain clear timelines and updates for clients

3. Loan Application Coordination

- Coordinate loan document collection from clients
- Handle loan submission and processing (training provided)
- Follow up with banks and partners on application status
- Keep clients informed clearly and professionally

4. Internal Coordination & Partner Support

- Act as the main point of contact between clients, accounting team, and loan partners
- Escalate technical issues appropriately
- Track renewals, deadlines, and follow-ups

5. Pipeline Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain clean client and pipeline records
- Track new enquiries, active cases, closures, and renewals
- Provide simple weekly updates to the Founder

- Familiarity with documentation-heavy workflows
